Hi, l was wondering if there is any version of YaY Flash edition that is not .exe becuase when i read on how to modify it i dont have ANY folders for the program. So if there is a YaY with all folders please help me out to get it, or if not please help me on how i can fix this problem.

What problem?
There is nothing that can be modify in the exe. But you can do modify YaY's behaivior by modifying the YaY.cfg file with a text editor. All the information needed is in the files and folders installed by YaY Installer.
