We are working in YaYp Installation Package, just like we did we with YaY's previous versions. YaYp.bin book is old and weak. Is someone out there willing to provide a strong but not too strong bin book for the project? Proper credit will be given in the release notes.

Temporary exe released.

Just the exe and nothing else just for a few days..no more than a week. This temporary exe will expire march 16.

This exe had been used succesfully by XsupremeX and legogames....grrr..I mean mocha.

Before you download, read this:

Two weeks ago I was about to throw the towel and quit YaYp development...but our good buddy dene reminded me that we were so close... and convinced me to continue....I was quiting not because YaYp sucks....but because I wanted it to be perfect and the truth is that is far from perfect....but nevertheless is more than 98% stable and ready to kick ass in POGO.....So, this exe and the installation package about to be release in few days is base in this no so perfect YaYp. There is lots of work to be done...but this will be implemented in the second release. So for now you have to leave with the current capabilities and the current limitations of this release.

Before the final exe and installation package, we are looking for input...but only for mayor problems not for minor issues since they are been addressed in the second release about 6 months for now, give or take 2 months.

This had been a hard journey and I can not speak for dene but I want to return to my normal life...more relaxed and work in second release without the pressure...I want to start tuning my books too.

That's it...this exe is for those that know how to make it work....IF YOU ARE NOT A PREVIOUS YaY USER, DON'T EVEN BOTHER.

Just so people know how to create tables different from the defaults....

The defaults are:
Clock: 1 minute
Increment: 0 seconds
Rated: Yes
Players switch seats: Yes

The commands 'create w' or 'create b' will create the table with default parameters and sit as specified in the command.
Examples:
create w
will create a table using the default settings sat as whites
create b
will create a table using the default settings sat as blacks

If you want to create a table with different parameters then the command is:

create c:?/r:?/t:?/i:?/s:?/
where:
c stands for desired color seat and should be w or b
r stands for rated and should be y or n
t stands for clock or timer if you wish and should be any value
between 0 and 60. Note: 0 will be a not timed game
i stands for increment and should be between 0 and 60
s stands for switch seats and should be y or n

Example: Create a table, sit as blacks, not rated, 10 minute timer, 2 seconds increment and switch seats enabled
create c:b/r:n/t:10/i:2/s:y/

Any typo or omission will abort the command with the exception of course of create w or create b

It works differently in Pogochess, you have to flag yourself NOT the opponent. YaYp auto flags itself when your time gets to 0.00.

If someone writes a program of their own that doesnt Flag itself when the time runs out, you could have a problem though!
