yay has been working just fine until this morning, i logged and soon after it asks for me to join a room, i get no rooms listed, all i see is social and under social, two empty rooms..


the error i get is : page advanced does not exist at <eval 121> line 1

any clues as to what's going on?

with all due respect, "works fine for me" is rather like saying if it works for you it simply should work for me, it obviosuly doesn't. i'm not trying to be rude here but i tried different olgins and sometimes it works, sometimes it just doesn't. i've been trying to login in the last hour now and it won't let me in. it's the same error i mentioned before, sounds like a yay issue. any hints?

Sorry, but just working fine to me 2. I log in Brazil room, go to Advanced room and all rooms are there

Sorry but I can not fix what is not broken. A suspected bug it only becomes a bug when it happens to everybody or at least to most people and it happens rather frequently. I have not seen this behaivior lately and I log in several times a day. When the problem happens to only one person, is not a bug.

And yes, I do take offense when some one refers to his/hers particular problem as a YaY bug, it missleads people and creates a bad reputation for something it took hundreds of hours of our precious time to create.

YaY by default tries to "rise" the advance tab, and because during your log in process the control tower (the list of all rooms in each category: Social, Begginer, Intermidiate, Advance) is not being loaded, YaY dispalys the error you are talking about.

Why your particular connection to yahoo is not downloading the control tower? I don't know, it can be many things: Your router (if used), your internet provider, your antivirus program, etc.

Here is a temporary solution to your problem but I do not guarantee is going to work: Declare the room, in other words, create a batch file and declare the room. I ain't going to explain here how to create a batch file because I had explained many times and because it is explained in YaY's documentation.
