After many lost in the field of the game
i think is great to keep couple engine ready to switch when the moment need them
lets say i want to play a blitz game i have to use one different that if i want to play long game
my favorite are for
Blitz <= 5minutes

Fruit 2.3.1
Shredder 10,11
Deep Shredder

long games 30 minute

Rybka
Zappa

Personally, I always use Rybka 2.3.2a mp w-32, but sometimes in blitz games, I use naum 2.2 as well 8)

where to get good opening book that mach a good engine like rybka
,and another question when i see the active engine on my fritz there is about 5 engine that does no mean they all are playing against a player on a mach computert vs computer right?

Is there an opening book for Rybka called Rybka Final Book? 261MB? :smile20 or someone just changed the original name?

Hi m.t_mode! I have a doubt...

I had Shredder.ctg book 226MB
and
I loaded Rybka.ctg book 261MB to be used in chessbase Shredder instead

when I went to see in the paste the Shredder.ctg book 226MB had changed to 446MB. What happened?
It mixed the 2 books? :?:
