Probably there is not a program that does that.

Sorry,

hello im new here

i was looking for a server, portal, web, program or whatever to play computerchess, since playchess and their computer room its for premium users and on fics (freechess.com) its hard to had a computer account due to his politics... the last site i found was http://www.chess8.com/ there is his own computer room and normal chess etc... but there is no much people online and less in that computer room.

Im playing actually at owl21.com, but i would like to use my engine as autochess play not with the 2 programs open toguether,

The links on this post was a bit outdated, and maybe there is new sites to play chess with program, can anyone help me?

Pd: my favourite Gui its Arena,

There might be more out there, but their owners won't release it for public use.

ty for the answers,

im not familiariced with winboard nor polyglot programs, i used fritz some years ago, but i dont want to use chessbase programs anymore,
i tried to use YaYp for pogo but im stuck at the part when the exe says: waiting for winboard conection on port 6000, (on the tutorial i dont see what to do if winboard is not found) im not sure if the Yayp installation comes with all the necesary programs or i must download some more apart, but reading at the yayp forum im not sure if this will work with gaviota egtb and my arena books (i dont think so). there is any link to a yayp for dumbs tutorial ;)?

sorry if was better if i post there, but i wasnt sure. and sorry again for my english.

salu2

PD: isnt any option for autoplay throught arena on ics? which u guys use more, pogo or yahoo? i would like to enter on the option with more amount posibleof computer players.
