This is just a text editor. Has nothing to do with chess programs....

To edit polyglot bin books you can use SCID just dont ask me anything about it cause I havent played with it.... But the famous Mark Lacrosee says that bin books edited/tuned with SCID are even better than ctg books.... so, just go ahead and judge yourself....
http://scid.sourceforge.net/

Cheers,

so what is the other way to make a book play some selected lines matematiko?eg in response to white e4 if i want to start with c5 in my .bin book how should I do?
Sorry but I m new to the polyglot world...and I guess no one has explained yet how to tune a .bin book in detail...I hv read ur incomplete topic abt how to make .bin book and waiting until you reach upto the endstage how to edit it the right way!!!
Thanks...

Use SCID, open the bin file, highligh e4 then you'll see all the possible responses to e4 in that particula book, give a value of 0% to all the entries except C5 which you will give a value of 100%.

Note that I have not use SCID in more than a year but I think the method described above will do.

Cheers,
Using engines to cheat:
- It is not ethical,
- It is useless, nothing is gained (how can one be proud of a score earn with dishonesty?)
- You will be baned, sooner or later,
- It gives us (the true chess engine players) a bad reputation.
