yahoo charge for star membership in order to use this tools ,like play in un-official chess tournament,and most player are younger and can no effort pay for it

on this site I have played and created chess tournaments,no premiun,no star membership to do this,but I have't try to play in auto

if any one know the ics info to use winboard ,or any way I will apreciate in advance
