Easy.

1. Make sure Stockfish's engine-book, book.bin, is placed alongside Stockfish executive file (engine).
2. Open Aquarium GUI and add Stockfish engine to the GUI. Remember to select UCI when installing Stockfish in Aquarium.
3. In Stockfish's engine parameter that is displayed, place a check-mark by Own book.

And that's it. Stockfish will now use its own book in Aquarium.

I mean put the book.bin in the same folder (or directory) where the Stockfish engine/s are. Like here:

Step I, from your desktop, click on the Aquarium icon to get this:

Step 2, Awuarium GUI opens, set to play:

Step 3
, from the Aquarium side-panel options, select the "Engines" option:

Step 4, After selecting "Engines", Select Add. A little engine-installation window pops up:

Step 5, In this engine-installation window, for Type, select the type of protocol the engine uses. In the case of Stockfish, you want to select UCI. For Engine path, navigate to where your engine/s (Stockfish) is/are. For Name, the name of the installed engine is automatically displayed.
Click OK. Now Stockfish engine is successfully installed and displayed in Aquarium's engine-lists:

Step 6, Stockfish engine is now displayed in engine-lists (#1) with Stockfish's engine parameters displayed for configuration (#2), as shown:

Step 7, To set Stockfish to use its Own book, in the displayed Stockfish's engine parameter in Aquarium GUI, scroll down to where it shows Own book (#2, from STEP 6) AND make sure a check-mark is already on Own book option. If not, place a check-mark:

That's it.
