How to use the "Even Viewer".
I was able to view the event viewer and I got a copy of the logfile through various paths it showed. Below is the copy of the event viewer log:

I'm not sure this is going to help me resolve this issue at hand but I thought it's best to post it so you and hopefully others can interprete these data or log. Keep in mind that Rybka 3 32-bit worked in AMD Phenom X4 9850/Phenom II 940 Processor 64-bit environment where Rybka 3 64-bit didn't.

One more thing, you'll notice "AppPath=C:\PolyGlot\Rybka\Rybka_3_x64_MP.Exe. PolyGlot is the chess program (like the Fritz program)that I often use in conducting engine-engine match to obtain pgn files to make .bin books for polyglot program. I've installed Rybka 3 in Fritz GUI but have not actually gone online to test if Rybka 3 x64 will aslo crash upon "starting a game" like it does in polyglot for engine-engine match.
