What's the preferred format for system messages?

Keeping the left side clean...
Code: Select all
[09:30] fics% some_user_id shouts: this is a really long message that wraps past the screen
\               length and continues on and on
[09:30] fics%
OR Using the full length of screen width
Code: Select all
[09:30] fics%
some_user_id shouts: this is a really long message that wraps past the screen length and
\ continues on and on
[09:30] fics%
OR This mixture...
Code: Select all
[09:30] fics% some_user_id shouts: this is a really long message that wraps past the screen
\ length and continues on and on
[09:30] fics%

Concerning STUCI and why it's never really done... here's a metaphor: Instead of being a construction worker, I'd rather be an architect.
Losing too many games because of a slow PC? No problem, nUCI it!

No preference, I have the shout listening turned off by default. Sorry !

But wait, this applies also to kibitzed messages right?
Full length will be my choice as long as the window is resizable.

Cheers,
Using engines to cheat:
- It is not ethical,
- It is useless, nothing is gained (how can one be proud of a score earn with dishonesty?)
- You will be baned, sooner or later,
- It gives us (the true chess engine players) a bad reputation.

I have few observation about auto chess programing to improve (everyone) fight in auto mode.
1 Never put shout on,
2 Never put kibz on,
3 if yr program is on auto mode when u r away use no gui function in winboard .
All these create separate PIDS which deteriorate our program
