Hi tue_mouche, you are trying using polyglot? If so...
Send the winboard.exe into your polyglot folder to your desktop, then right click on it and go to properties
There you set the right path...

I use this: C:\Polygot\winboard.exe /zp /ics /icshost 127.0.0.1 /icsport 6000 /fcp="polyglot.exe polyglot_rybka64.ini"

I hope this helps you a little bit :ok

The engine and the book I want to use is set into polyglot_rybka64.ini invoke in the path
4ut0 ch355 m3mb3r x5upr3m3x...g00d g4m3 f0r 4ll...y4h000000! :ok

What polyglot version are you using?

Search and download the latest one which as far as I know is polyglot1.w4.exe revision 10

Cheers,
Using engines to cheat:
- It is not ethical,
- It is useless, nothing is gained (how can one be proud of a score earn with dishonesty?)
- You will be baned, sooner or later,
- It gives us (the true chess engine players) a bad reputation.

Oooooops,

I am really sorry.... I didnt know. I think I saw the post long time but after a while I forgot.
Sorry g00dtr.

Back to bussines. I am not familiar with the all in one thingy bud. Ask g00dtr what is the polyglot version included with that package. But is very simple: Or there is a problem with your Winboard shortcut or there is a problem with the polyglot.ini. Or your polyglot is missing a dll file.

If you are using an engine with spaces in its name, be sure you wrap it up with double quotes.
For example:

[PolyGlot]
EngineCommand="Rybka 3 w32.exe"
Resign=false
Draw=False
Book=true

Be sure the book you specify exists.

Keep me post it and if you want send me a copy of your polyglot.ini and a copy of your winboard shortcut.
