Hey friends
I was playing today in advance launge and something strange happend;;;
1.in one of my match I hv 30 seconds left with 2 pawns one is just short to b promoted as queen and my opponent has only king but he did something strange so my yay could not promote the pawns as queen even it is so simple and obvious and he has only 5 seconds left but he did something strange that my yay took long time and he got more time I mean he got 9 seconds even though he has only 5 seconds and the game ended in a draw.
Please help me on this...

Your opponent didnt do anything.

There are a couple of reasons for this:

-You had more lag than your oponent.

-Your engine promoted to rock but chessbase promote to queen. Verify that the option "Always promote to Queen" is unchecked.

Yep, these kind of lag problems are very common on yahoo, even if your internet connection is very fast theres nothing you can do if its down to their servers!
