how can I put the name of the author if the author himself does not arise. or would that be a friend of the author or paranormal to know your name. the only procedure that I can take no more posting here in autochess. up again. :smile20

Thanderbyrd, TheSicilian's comment is well intentioned and make sense, but please do not take it as an order. You go ahead an continue posting as you wish. Posting links to books without adding the Author's name is better than no posting at all.

Thanks for your excellent work and commitment to share, I am sure all the FORUM's users appreciate it very much.

Cheers,
Using engines to cheat:
- It is not ethical,
- It is useless, nothing is gained (how can one be proud of a score earn with dishonesty?)
- You will be baned, sooner or later,
- It gives us (the true chess engine players) a bad reputation.

The Sicilian,

The author of War III is Michael Wagner. Here is his home site explaining the background to the book:

Dear chessfriends,

I have been giving myself a lot of attempts to finally come out with my new outstanding power book.

Hours of manually tuned, high quality, yet unique lines are to be found in my book.

I will now for Christmas release it to the world because I think it is the right choice to share.

You can download it here:
http://www.megaupload.com/?d=1B7Z91LD

The Fireblaster book settings are 1/100 and Optimize.
My name is Jamie Connor and I come from the suburbs of Hampshire / UK.

Please feel inspired by this masterpiece of bookwork and feel free to send me games that you played with it
to: polarlightblue@yahoo.com

My very kind regards,
yours Jamie

Hi Dark-Ice,

Thanks a lot for sharing. I have just downloaded the book and have 2 quick questions:

1) in your post you call the book "Fireblaster" book but on download it is called "Firestarter-Beta". Have you uploaded the corrrect and latest version of the book ?

2) The book is marked to play only 1.c4 as white and no other first move (all others are marked red). Is this correct ? I know other moves can be marked green but I was just curious.

Thanks,

:ok
