I need help i downloaded the New YaY Ultimate 2.1.2. but now i dont understand what to do after that i would like to be told step by step on how to do it my system operation is Windows Vista 32-bit and i have Fritz GMChallenge3 if it's possible can anyone help. Thank You

yeah i did but i'm having problems with winboard i downloaded YaY 2.1.2. and it asks to download Winboard and i did and it didn't work i got a downloas but i didn't get the black horse to copy into my desktop and the one i downloaded only had to install but not the proper Winboard. I need help with winboard.

Right the new YaY 2.1.2 doesnt come with winboard.exe (black horse) , just get here:

http://www.tim-mann.org/xboard.html and send the exe to desktop and edit the target appropriate...

Ok, go here....

download the winboard 4.3.14 executable for windows and install that.

After installing, go to your computers 'Program Files' folder and open the new winboard folder.

Look for the Black Horse amoungst the files in there and right click on it and create a desktop shortcut.

Then follow the guide here ... http://www.members.cox.net/zozur ... for changing the targetline in your winboard shortcut.

i still didn't get the black horse and when i open the winboard application in my program files i click run and it tells me something about GNU and i say ok and then an error appears

Extract to c:\

A new folder( I think is C:\YaY or C:\YaY_Ultimate, I am not sure, dont remember) will be created with everything related to YaY and a couple of documentation files, please take the time to read them.
