Installation error

I am getting a strange installation error. I have started YAY and it's waiting for a winboard connection on port 6000. I clicked the shortcut on my desktop to winboard "C:\Program Files\WinBoard-4.2.7\winboard.exe" /zp /ics /icshost 127.0.0.1 /icsport 6000 /fcp="winboard232d.exe -pipe" is what i have in the target box and it keeps saying can't connect find slave.
