So far, judging from the Target of your Winboard Path, everything is correct and, you're using a Fritz GUI. The problem is, you clicked on the Winboard.exe icon (on your desktop) before clicking on Fritz icon (also located on your desktop).

Step1: Click on your Fritz gui first! and choose Play Fritz from the fritz DOS Screen that opens up.

Step2: From your Fritz Menu, select Tools

Step3: From the Tools-Options, select Connect Hardware - A "Select Device" in grey and white box opens up with these options: None, Auto-232 1.0

Step4: Select Auto-232 1.0, then uncheck Unload after autoplay and check Server name and then click OK

Step5: A little Fritz Autoplayer - "waiting for connection" box now appears. At this point, you can now click on the ICS Emulators: YaY.exe, or STUCI.exe, or YtoICS.exe and enter your personal informations including the room code(s). After entering the TestWords, hit enter, a message says: Waiting for Winboard connection on port 6000

Step6: This is where you now click on the Winboard.exe shortcut on your desktop and you're good to go. When you connect successfully to Yahoo via YaY, a white screen appears. Type games within the ICS panel and the room and its players will be displayed.

For any YaY commands, please read notes and the readme.txt notes already includded in the YaY package or look around in the forum at your leisure. Goodluck.

In that case, you need to uninstall your fritz program. If you didn not have the auto-232 1.0 device, it means you installed Fritz Program without selecting the device option during initial installation. After uninstalling your fritz program, remember to restart (or shut down and turn it back on) your computer to ensure complete uninstallation of previous items.
Reinstall the fritz program and this time, during the installation, you will notice "Welcome to the Firtz 11 (or whatever version you have)Setup Wizard" screen. Click the Next button.

Next installation screen will say "License Agreement". Click the I Agree button.

The Third installation screen will say: Choose Components. This is where you choose the auto-232 1.0 device by selecting (or checking) Devices. In addition, you can opt to choose (or check) the IUPgrade option, the Default.cko option, and the Fonts option aswell.

Important! Unless you speak Russian language, be sure to Uncheck the Russian section because the Russian section alone is aproximately 11 Megabytes in size!

Now click the Next button. The next installation screen will say: Choose Install Location.
The rest is up to you and you're through. Remember to go to where you install Fritz program and right-click on the Fritz.exe and select Send to Desktop.

Since your Winboard is already setup and the commands in Target Path is correct, now you can follow the steps I posted in my previous post and you should be ok.

Goodluck.
