Is there a site that rates all the .bin books for polyglot, and gives a download link for the best ones?
If not, which book is the best to use today, and where can I download it?

the good old performance is still kicking and alive. this was my very first binbook i use when i dont know yet how to make my own binbook back then. thx to the patience of xsupremex in his very patiently guidance for me to learn how to make my very first binbook. big tap on ur shoulder xsup. now, he also taught me how to tune my binbooks using the scid. tap on both shoulders now, xsup. hehehehe. yahoooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo.

Thanks for sharing that site, and if I am not misstaken the TDDBII.bin book is the best one?
But where can I download it?
